Copper gasket

The copper skin gasket has the characteristics of high pressure resistance and high temperature resistance, and it is used for engine cylinder gaskets. Before use, the copper skin gasket must first remove the dirt or sand on the net joint surface. Pay attention to the side of the copper skin flange facing the side of the cylinder head to prevent reverse air leakage. Copper skin gaskets must not be folded hard during storage and installation, but should be kept intact and sufficiently flexible. If it is found to be damaged or used for too long without elasticity, it should be replaced in time.

Paper Pad

There are two uses for it. One is to increase the tightness and prevent oil leakage; the other is to adjust the gap between components. Parts using paper pads cannot be added or removed at will. The axial gap between the crank pad and the crank shaft is also achieved by adjusting the paper pad between the side cover at the end of the flywheel and the body. If the paper pad is damaged, it should be replaced in time to prevent oil leakage.

Flat washer

Its function is to evenly distribute the pressure of the nut on the pressure piece through the flat washer, while protecting the surface of the bolt thread and the connecting body. Generally, the thin metal shell is fixed with a metal flat gasket.

Copper flat gasket

Copper flat gaskets are generally made of copper, most of which are used in areas with high pressure.
